KULA Refund & Return Policy

At KULA, we strive to bring joy and ensure every gift creates a memorable experience. Below is our policy for refunds and returns:


Refund Policy

  • Change of Mind:
    If you change your mind, you can request a refund or modify your order details up until 48 hours before your chosen delivery date. Please email us - hoi@kula-giving.ch. After this time, orders cannot be refunded or altered.
    • Refund Option: Receive a full refund for your order.
    • Modification Option: Adjust the delivery date or order details at no additional charge.

Returns Policy

As our products are perishable, we do not accept returns. However, if for any reason the recipient is unhappy with their gift, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.


Damages and Issues

We take care to package and deliver your gifts with love and attention. However, we understand that shipping can occasionally result in damage.

  • If your goods are significantly damaged, please take a photo and reach out to us.
  • We want every recipient to enjoy their KULA gift to the fullest, and we’ll work to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
